Didn’t receive my Oder
I purchased 3 items was hoping to get them and it says delivered but never received to my house. Very highly upset and at this point I want a full return to go into a store and find my products.

My reason for call was on the strapless bodysuit. I feel that the legs with the thick line show on tight dress. I think it should be taken away and left out.
I have not received my package
My package was never delivered & upon following up with skims , as suggested by ups (there delivery service) so they (skims) could give them precise info to better track the package, skims did not nor did the provide an further info other then it was delivered, which I stated upon tracking the package, however it not state my address, or give delivery location such as front door, back porch etc. Skims was not concern nor interested in my situation , all they seem to care about is receiving payment for merchandise they never sent out .

I bought several pairs of Skims briefs a year ago, and after finding them very comfortable, bought several more. A year later, they have shrunk by 1/4 or more of their original size, and I can no longer wear them.
Nothing has changed on my end (pun intended), so I know it's the fabric, or maybe the elastic. I have taken care in laundering them: mesh bags, cold water, line dry.

I have not had any luck getting an item returned for a larger size. I have been to website after website then prompted to pay a fee to chat with someone.
This is ridiculous. I will not shop with this company again.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Returned the items.
I was told sale was on ALL bras. Then I got charged full price on two.
I was told that today all bras were 30% off. I bought five.
I came home and checked the receipt.
Two of them were full price on the receipt. Misinformation to sell more?

They double charged us for everything. They also sent us double of everything.
And then they also didnt send us some of the things that we did order. It has been a complete disaster and I just placed one more order for a pair of the high waisted blue bottoms to go with the blue bikini top and I cant find a record of it anywhere I know that we paid for it.
It went through on my credit card. It shows on the credit card statement, but it doesnt show up anywhere else so someone needs to figure something out real fast thanks.

Every time I try to contact you guys, it says an error has happened. You don't have the customer service to speak to anyone.
This is ridiculous.
I have not received my item and I need someone to call me back as soon as possible at 281-221-****. I'm very disappointed in your company and if someone does not return my call today, I will leave the worst review for this.
