Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. My order was shipped and received on 12/24. So it was made right to give the gift for Christmas
I never received the products I ordered and paid for even though I received emails stating it shipped and it was delivered. I want my order or a refund as soon as possible

Frustrated with your system the day d&G launched
I placed an order 15 minutes after the Dolce and Gabbana SKIMS line launched. After waiting 25 minutes for the server to stop spinning so that my credit card would go through, I then found out the next day that my order was never placed. Now, all the items I want are sold out.
User's recommendation: When collaborating with a high-end name like dolce and Gabbana or Fendi, have more items in stock so that you’re not sold out of an item 2 hours later!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
No answer from them they do not reach out to you no matter how long you wait. Very unfortunate they should take care of their clients.
All they want is your money without any help. Very unprofessional and not all what I expected from skims.

I have a store credit with you
I returned a spank that I bought from skim Shapeware and did not receive my money back I dont know if I ever recommend anybody to buy the ship. Wear shorts it did not even go upon me was too small. maybe in the nephew do something else at your store

Best customer service
I was able to communicate via email and they responded within minutes. My order was sent to my old address, an error of mine, and I never received it and they immediately refunded me and I was able to place another order.

This wa a mistake I meant to just correspond regarding a credit I had- I am not 'pissed' haha !
