I am trying to return my item and one item I never received. My 30 time period is running out. I cannot find the item number to make the return.

Not good at all. Never go an answer from a live person to explain the problem that I'm having with the return. I've paid for two items that I cannot use or received.

Put an order through on 12 September, still unfulfilled. Emailed numerous times, told me basically to stop emailing it does not help and that give it time...

How much time do you give? Not so much as I will look into it. Not at all like the Skims I know.

I wonder if they have been taken over? Terrible customer service.

Return is difficult

I attempted to make a return the day before the 30 day mark and it said it was non refundable. By the time I was able to contact customer service about it, it was past 30 days and aren't being helpful about the return. I spent $80 and would like my money back!
