I placed an order on 12/19/24, specifically choosing expedited shipping for delivery before Christmas, and paid an additional $22 for this service. However, I received an email on 12/21/24 stating my order had shipped, but tracking information shows the package was not handed to UPS until 12/30/24, well past the promised delivery window.
As a result, my Christmas pajamas did not arrive on time.
Furthermore, I have been informed that returns are not allowed, which I find unacceptable given that the delay was not my fault. Despite multiple attempts to contact you through phone, email, and social media, I have not received a response.
I requested a refund for the expedited shipping charges, as the service was not provided as advertised, and I expect to be able to return the pajamas under the circumstances; however, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a response from this business.
They are riding on the merits of the Kardashian name but clearly they don't care about the quality of their service. They advertised buy by Xmas like crazy with no regarding for fulfillment capabilities.

I received an email on 12/21/24 stating my order had shipped, but tracking information shows the package was not handed to UPS until 12/30/24, well past the promised delivery window.

Furthermore, I have been informed that returns for the pajamas are not allowed, which I find unacceptable given that the delay was not my fault. Despite multiple attempts to contact Skims through phone, email, and social media, I have not received a response. I requested a refund for the expedited shipping charges, as the service was not provided as advertised, and I expect to be able to return the pajamas under the circumstances.
It is impossible to get in touch with them via any means. Clearly, they invested all of their funds into marketing and not customer service.

I placed an order on November 21st (Order #SB1971****), and on November 22nd, I received an email confirming that it had been shipped and I was given a tracking number (EPG010947****54545). However, I have received no updates to date, and when I click on the tracking link, it reads, 'Waiting for carrier pickup.'
I reached out to help@***.com on December 8th seeking updates. They responded, stating they were investigating the matter and would get back to me within 48 hours. Unfortunately, they haven't done so. I emailed them again on December 12th, 14th, 16th, and the 17th, but I've received no response. This package contains a Christmas present desired by my son, and it seems he might not receive it.
Additionally, as of December 15th, they were still advertising express shipping for Christmas on their website.

The payment was made by bank on the 1st of December, 2024 for $60. Unfortunately, I do not have the order number or tracking number.

I was sent the wrong product, and have NOT gotten my correct product
Such a disappointing experience, I ordered a few items for Christmas gifts. I received some of my product, minus one which was replaced with a men's underwear.
I contacted skims via text and email, sent images , have heard nothing!!! I don't have what I paid for, and I don't have part of my daughter's Christmas gift

Hello, I had a terrible experience shopping with your company. First, I did not receive the complete package, and this issue was not my fault.
You kept asking me to contact UPS, but since you chose SurePost as the courier, I couldn't submit anything on their website, wasting over a month with both sides shifting responsibility. Furthermore, the previous refund is unrelated to this current one. The amount of over $700 is a significant sum, and I will pursue this complaint to the end. The package was marked as delivered and now you are not taking responsibility?
I did not receive it, and it wasn't me who chose the courier company. You keep refusing the refund, so who should be responsible for the $700 worth of items I never received? There hasn't even been an investigation. So far, the manager has not provided a reliable or satisfactory response, and has outright rejected the refund.
I will continue to expose this matter on social media and other platforms. This is not how you handle a lost package; this is how you treat a loyal customer.
I have completely lost confidence in purchasing your products. It has been an extremely disappointing experience.

I finally received my product. It was not sized properly.
I asked for a return and found out that all of my $ 68 order was not all eligible for a return and refund. This was not mentioned when I ordered the product.

They are a scam and I need to see how I can get my money back . I ordered Early December and never received my order.
Tried several times a day to reach someone for a replacement or refund and cannot reach anyone. They don't have a number. Live chat is horrible. It's not a live person.
Text message and email are just as bad. Generic message is returned to you saying they are busy

Order stuck, waiting for carrier pickup.' There is no response from emailing, just a canned response stating that they've received my query and will get back to me in a day or two. It's been 12 days.
There is no way to cancel the order - no phone number, no customer service. Never, never order from this company!

I placed an order on November 22. I received an email on November 23 that my package had shipped by December 3.
I still have not received the package nor did the tracking explain where it was. I contacted skims customer service numerous times starting on December 3 via chat and email and only finally received a response today telling me that the items were sold out. I dont know how they could be sold out when they had already been shipped on the 23rd. Also, had I not reached out was any communication going to occur telling me that my items werent coming??
These items were specific Christmas gifts that my family member Pollyanna sent me the link to purchase my family Christmas party is on Friday and I have no gifts. I have never seen such poor customer service or lack of customer service.

I made a return and never received my store credit. They kept telling me I already used it, but I didn't even receive it in the first place.
After many failed attempts at solving why I never received it, they told me that I shared it with someone else. They even sent me the order, the person's order. When I explained that I did not do that, they dismissed the whole thing and stopped helping me. I requested to be contacted by a supervisor, but no one ever contacted me.
Not to mention, all of this is over email which is frustrating in itself. They do not have a phone number where you can actually talk to someone.
My credit was for over $100. I'm very disappointed.
