I purchased something online. I made an honest mistake in choosing a color.
Within the minute, I contacted Skims via customer support and email, and they refused to make a color change in the order. They prefer to send the customer the wrong color of the item and have them go through the trouble of returning it than making an easy exchange before it was even processed. Lazy and unacceptable.
Kim Kardashian, do better.
I would rather shop at Victoria's Secret, Adore Me, or any other store. Never again.

No customer service phone number should have been my first red flag. My order says delivered on the Skims website and even provides a tracking number that says it's from UPS.
It is not UPS. It is USPS (post office); however, neither my nephew nor the post office by his house have received the package.
They were easy to charge my credit card though! I will never order from this POS company again.

I literally placed an order 10 minutes ago. I chose the wrong color because I had previously, an hour before, ordered the same jacket.
I don't want the same colors! I want to change my order to the dark teal. I know that it hasn't been processed. They will not change the color for me; instead, they want to process it, ship it, and make me return it.
I don't want to cancel; I just want to change the color and can't find a way to do it. They won't help me.

I never received my package. They state delivered but cannot state where???
No proof of delivery , no proof of even delivery in the same town! No phone for customer service- its not available . Several emails and texts- NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE!!!
Found another site to send issue to, it wont get sent to skins without an emailed code for verification. THEY DONT SEND A CODE!!!

Issue with color fading
I washed my pajamas 1 time and the color faded and was patchy. Skims refunded me my full amount of purchase!
Top notch company.
I did not think they would rectify it so fast. Sent a pic of the items and that was it!

Have a live person to handle some of the issues. I put in the wrong email address, so I don't have the order number.
Also, Afterpay gave me a merchant number, and the virtual agent will not accept it.
Christmas is in a few days, and I have no clue where my order is that I'm paying for. No one has returned my email, calls, or texts, and I still don't have my order that was made on 12/8!!!

Package said it was delivered on the 21st. I checked my ring camera and nobody delivered any packages to my door. I waited a couple of days to see if I still didn't get anything.

Overcharged
I was clearly overcharged by $10 for a pair of skim pajama bottoms. The tag clearly indicated $58 and somehow the clerk scanned $68.
I was in a hurry because it was a Christmas gift and my daughter was coming so I told her to please hurry up and make the purchase so I didnt double check it and when I got home.
I realized what it happened. I live 45 minutes away And I guess the only option is to go all the way back to the mall to resolve the issue, but I dont understand why I was overcharged in the first place.

Disappointment
It was impossible to get a response via any route: email, text, call or chat.I was supposed to have received an email with 20%off first order for providing them with my email and phone number to receive promotional texts. I Never received the email or 20% off. I tried every Avenue to find out why without success.
I’ve been ripped off by this company and I’m TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO HELP RESOLVE THE ISSUE, and prevent other consumers from experiencing the same thing!
The company has my money, for the item I returned . I received notification that Skims had received my item and was issuing company credit .
Of course, that meant I would have to reorder . I have tried to place an order for 2 weeks on the app and website, but it will not move on to the last step! Items I wanted have now sold out!!! I was even buying additional items and paying with my bank card!
They have my merchandise credit card, the merchandise, and my card number.
I would like to add that their live chat is Not live!! I have been down that road multiple times with the same stupid reply from the automated chat bot

Poor business practices
Skims is a company that is out to rip customers off! I was ordered items for my granddaughter and her items were out of stock while there was a 33% off sale.
Once the sale ended the items were immediately available for sale!
Tell me why? Scam company!
