My husband ordered a new T-shirt bra for me as a present for my birthday. It went all over the United States, but it was never delivered to my home.
It has been over two months since he ordered it and there is no possible way to talk to anyone at this company, not even for a refund. What do I do?

I have purchased many times in the past and always received an item that was not the correct size. This time, I was placing an order for a top since I received one that was way too small.
I couldn't return it. All of those orders were canceled multiple times; I cannot speak to a person or representative.
All you can do is email the poorest customer service I have ever seen. Run as far away as you can!

Where do I even start with this company. First off, Skims deletes any negative reviews and harasses anyone who tries to expose their scams on social media via paid bots.
As stated in another review posted on here, if you check their socials, you will NOT see any real reviews. If you try and state anything on their socials, your comment will be deleted or you will be harassed and belittled by paid bots. With that being said, I bought from Skims for the first time, and considering everything is extremely expensive, it came out to almost $400. I placed two orders, one order containing a few final sale items.
Items came poorly made and damaged so customer service gave me a one time courtesy to return both regular and final sale items for a full refund. All products were low quality and not worth the nearly $100 per item price tag. After the parcel being delivered to their warehouse, months go by and no refund is issued for either of my orders. Reach out to their customer service who claims they have not "received" my return despite the tracking showing delivered months prior.
The mess continues when I dispute things with paypal. Their customer service claimed so many lies I can't even keep track. First they did not receive my return, then they did receive my return but my items are ineligible for a refund, then they can process a refund but my disputed case prevents them from processing my full refund, then their warehouse claimed to not have received all my returned items and THEN claiming they did receive all my returned items. Their tactics include gaslighting, dodging questions, and just wearing a customer down in hopes they will just forfeit their money and screw off.
They WILL do anything to withhold your money, they WILL gaslight you for bringing things to their attention, and most importantly WILL spin you in hopes you never reach back out. Canned responses and misleading responses. Another extremely annoying tactic is completely dodging clear questions with no room for interpretation and finding a way to not only never address the question you asked but BLAME YOU. I rarely ever write negative reviews but this company takes the cake for awful.
If you really feel the need for their clothes buy from Nordstrom. This company is unbelievable.

Returned two items they are showing returned only one. Have called repeatedly and when finally speaking to someone they say store credit is given for the one item.
Nothing on the second item.
I specifically requested return to original form of payment. I am trying still to speak to someone that can actually straighten matter out.

Afterpay however wont show in checkout..has happen before..must b a problem on ur end as not problem with.me and afterpay
Can't speak with cust svc as to why the afterpay is not coming up..nothing g wrong with afterpay it's with u all's system unless u'd rather not let it b used to get ur money faster..u only show it to get interest in people buying and when u make the person u can't use it..I tried when I ordered the last 2 dresses and it didn't give that option..something had got to change on ur end..how the company blew up and can fall just as fast ..sincerely
Return issue.
Returned 2 items in same package I received the two items in. After several attempts by phone (no customer service number was answered, left a message.) Tried virtual assistant, and it has frozen after putting order number i and tried this about five times.
Skims finally got email saying "they have given me store credit" for one item and no mention of 2nd item. I requested refund to original form of payment. Have not heard from them since.
Ordered on June 3rd and returned on June 3rd, If you you want skims buy from reputable retailer. Do not buy from Skims online site.it is the 20th, still no word on 2nd item and acknowledgment of both items being returned to original form of payment.
