Because something going wrong
As my debit card wasnt working. I decided to use my credit card and pay down the payment but its not going through and why is it because it is a credit card and it needs to be a debit card card

I did not order anything
Hello, my bank card was charged $158.36..but I haven't ordered anything..?? I would like a refund back into my account. I am going to my bank to dispute this.

Order problem
I was shopping and a coupon code for 50% (through Coupert)popped up, so I decided I would place an order. The 50% discount came off each item and was represented in the total.
I was purchasing through my shop pay, discount still there. It wasnt until I pushed pay now did my discount disappear, and my receipt appeared did it become full price.
After a few days of back and forth they said that I was not supposed to have that code since it was only for employees, and since I do not have an employee number in the system it was taken off when I pushed pay now. They will not honor the discount, and I have pictures showing the 50% off
User's recommendation: Do not order from them. Customer service is difficult and irrational to deal with. If there was a glitch in the system that allowed this to happen they should honor it.

Resolved: Finally made good for refund after several inquiries

Waiting days for e-gift card
on two occasions i ordered electronic gift cards to be delivered by email. The order confirmation does not say when it will be delivered.
Three days after ordering I have still not received the eCard link.
(electronic gift cards are typically received in minutes from other stores). Order status on the website gives no indication when the gift card will be emailed. Instead the status simply says 'unfulfilled'.
Well they're right about that! It's been an unfulfilling experience.

Charged twice
I ordered today a top and shorts, which the first order I was charged $70 and the second order was charged $81.32 which was correct which was through after pay. Please credit my $70 bk to my debit card ending in 2075, thanks

I don’t like the product and I’m very upset
I didnt get my package it was stolen could someone call me back 959-895-****. My packages says it was deliver I live in a 12 storie building and it was stolen could someone help me I dont the customer service

Package never delivered
Package never received I received a email stating my package was delivered I checked my mail box nothing was there then I checked my emails and said it was delivered to my neighbor as requested!!! I never requested such a thing I went to neighbors asked and nothing they didnt have my package they had missing packages to missing from mail box I went to the post office they said they had no idea where the package was.

I am trying to return my item and one item I never received. My 30 time period is running out. I cannot find the item number to make the return.
Not good at all. Never go an answer from a live person to explain the problem that I'm having with the return. I've paid for two items that I cannot use or received.

Can’t get anyone to talking to
hey, I needed to return a bra that I had purchased it did not fit. He charged me six dollars restocking today and gave me a gift card which I do did not want and deposit it $.31 into my original payment method.
I have repeatedly asked them I do not want a gift card I want it returned info to my bank account which is the credit card that I had put it on originally theyve already dock me for restocking be twice. The company items are not well-built its just youre built you are just
Buying the name thats it!

User's recommendation: Do not buy from them they charge you a restocking fee they take forever then they go ahead and give you a gift card instead of return it to your original payment
